The team specializes in NYC mid-market multifamily investments, selling an average of 1 billion dollars of multifamily buildings each year. Backed by the national platform of Marcus & Millichap, they serve private and institutional investors in the multifamily industry.

In addition, Peter hosts “Behind the Bricks,” the #1 podcast about NYC Multifamily real estate investing. Peter has also authored a book titled: Family Secrets: Secret Strategies to New York City Multifamily Investing.
