The team specializes in NYC mid-market multifamily investments, selling an average of 1 billion dollars of multifamily buildings each year. Backed by the national platform of Marcus & Millichap, they serve private and institutional investors in the multifamily industry.

In addition, Peter hosts “Behind the Bricks,” the #1 podcast about NYC Multifamily real estate investing. Peter has also authored a book titled: Family Secrets: Secret Strategies to New York City Multifamily Investing. This work conveys several first-hand experiences detailing how to successfully invest in the NYC multifamily marketplace. The success of her work drove her to take a year off and move to Bali where she is currently writing a book about her integral approach and design a course for health professionals and movement teachers to integrate in their work. 

Today she is known as a "modern healer” and helps people with chronic physical and mental stress get back to living not just a healthy life but an empowered life through a deeper connection with the innate wisdom of their body.
