Finding Joy in Everyday Moments
- Joy is our natural state, and anything other than joy that we're feeling is somehow an altered state.
- Joy can be found in the activities and conversations that awaken and enliven our being.
- Tripping over joyful moments can shift our perspective and change the course of our day.
- Sometimes breaking the pattern and coming out of our comfort zone can lead to a shift in perspective and a rediscovery of joy.
- Fanning the flames of joy means allowing ourselves to listen to our heart's desire and move forward.
- Paying attention to the beauty that's around us, whether it's nature, conversations, or creative activities, can remind us of our own natural state of joy.
- Tripping over joyful moments can be as simple as intentionally seeking out moments of joy in our daily lives.
- Write yourself a little post-it note. Use a pretty color and write, "I am tripping over joyful moments." And see how your life is changed for the better.
