Summer Is For Growing With Dianne A. Allen
Tuesday Jun 21, 2022
Tuesday Jun 21, 2022
Summer is such an important season —it's the time for growing the seeds we planted in the spring. For a farmer or a home gardener taking care of the crops, nurturing is necessary until it's time to reap the harvest in the fall.
This idea of the seasons also relates to how we tend the garden inside us. Our thoughts, our actions, and how they align have everything to do with the success of our growing season so that our fall is a time where we are reaping the rewards of what we intentionally planted.
Ask yourself: which seeds am I watering and paying attention to? Which ones need to be fertilized? What needs to have enough shade or direct sunlight? Are there weeds present, choking the potential of the things I desire? What am I growing intentionally and unintentionally?
It's time to G R O W! Watch this episode in full.
Key point covered in this episode:
✔️GRACE. Allow yourself to find your flow and go through the delight of the experience. Like the elegant simplicity of nature, it must be enjoyed in its magnificence. Remember, some seeds take longer to germinate than others, so it's about allowing ourselves to be in the flow with whatever we've planted. Waiting can be an exciting thing.
✔️REVERENCE. Have a deep respect for all humans, yourself, and everyone else. If you secretly don't respect yourself and have a lot of self-doubts, that inner chatter inside your head might come out sideways in any other season.
✔️OVERLOOK those things that don't serve you anymore. Please do not get all caught up in the weeds, so to speak, and understand that maybe when you weren't so discerning and might have planted weed seeds you didn't realize were there -- exclude those things that don't work for you anymore.
✔️Be WILLING and ready to take the necessary actions. Prune back what is overgrowing, and pull out those weeds. Go deep into your connection with what you're growing physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.
I hope that these steps have inspired you to take a step back and look at what you're producing and what you intend to harvest in the fall. And if not, what new seeds can you plant right now? It's not too late to sow seeds of self-love, radical self-compassion, kindness, and generosity. It's not too late. Allow the elegance and the reverence of the world we live in and of your inner being to come together and create something even more beautiful and magical than you can see at this moment.

A Gifted Father Raising Gifted Sons With Chuck Kentis
Tuesday Jun 14, 2022
Tuesday Jun 14, 2022
Not only is Chuck Kentis a great keyboardist, songwriter, composer and producer — he has also successfully raised artistic geniuses in his children. He comes back to join the show and share what it's like being a parent helping develop traits to fuel a kid's interests, encouraging creativity and discipline, and adapting lessons from his open-minded parents that allowed him to follow a passion that many deemed an unprofitable hobby.
Join me in this episode of Someone Gets Me — A Gifted Father Raising Gifted Sons With Chuck Kentis. ▶️
Key point covered in this episode:
✔️ Chuck is fortunate to have a long and successful career that he truly loved and never considered work. Since joining his first high school band at age 15 and reaching the major success he is today, he shares, "It's such a blessing if you can actually do something that you want to do."
✔️ Chuck shares how his parents were judged by their brothers and sisters for allowing him to play bars and clubs. "My parents had to defy that and say, 'No, this is what we want for him.' It was so encouraging for me, and they never said: 'you can't do this' or 'you've got to get a real job' or something like that. I always felt encouraged, and that's what I give my own children."
✔️ Despite being on the road on tours for long periods, Chuck was able to help kids Avery and Noah follow their creative pursuits with the support of his wife. There's no guarantee for many parents as their children have a career in acting, theater, arts, and stuff like that. Chuck shares, "but if the child doesn't have the opportunity to do that, they'll look back and say, "What if, what if, what if?"
✔️ Take away the fear of "what if you can't?" and see where it goes. Chuck advises parents to understand what their children's interests are and study how they can be of support to them.
✔️ Safety (for your kids) means they can screw up, and they will still be loved. A safe container for your children allows them to make mistakes and learn from their failures. This is the best way to make space for kids to be themselves.
Chuck Kentis was born in Passaic, NJ, in 1956. At five years old, he played the piano and then percussion and trombone in grade school. He started on the flute and music composition through high school. He took classes at Jersey City State College then Mannes College of Music for theory and composition in his senior year.
Chuck started the first high school rock band as a freshman, then at age 15, began playing bars and clubs in rock bands throughout NJ, NY, CONN, RI, and MASS.
He wound up in a glam-rock band in the early 70s, sharing stages with New York Dolls and Twisted Sister (the original singer and drummer). Playing the New York rock circuit in the late 70s, he got hooked up with a good group of musicians. He began to pick up national and international tours with artists such as Nona Hendryx, Julian Lennon, Power Station, John Waite, Richard Marx, Paul Young, ABC, Micheal Bolton, and Rod Stewart, with whom he has worked with for thirty years.
Chuck composed for many music production companies such as Killer Tracks, Mega Trax, and Extreme Music. His music can also be heard in many commercials for the TV advertising company Face The Music. In addition, he scored promos for Showtime. Chuck has also been composing video game music for Disney, producing records and scoring films with partner David Palmer for the past several years.

The Five C’s To Living Your Greatest Ambitions
Tuesday Jun 07, 2022
Tuesday Jun 07, 2022
So many people are living outside of themselves. They pick a vision and a goal and believe that their results rely on external factors beyond their control. There's fate; there's luck and difficult circumstances that dictate whether they can realize their dreams or not. In reality, knowing your WHY and the entire idea of living your ambition are all inside. It's called an "internal locus of control" where the mind, heart, gut, and spirit are all aligned.
In this episode, learn the five C's of living your greatest ambitions. Go after living from the inside out, and achieve your purpose in all of your magnificence and glory.
Key point covered in this episode:
#1 Compassion. In today's world, kindness is becoming a luxury. We may have our own emotional needs that have to be filled, but it shouldn't stop us from choosing to be kind. Consciously start being nice by enhancing compassion for yourself and others. Be gentle, be kind, and it will improve the quality of your life.
#2 Candor. Let candor be your superpower. Dealing with the uncomfortable and having the boldness to handle difficult conversations is a form of kindness to the people around you. Allow yourself to live and be in the truth of your being, soul, heart, and mind in an authentic and aligned way.
#3 Choice. When you tell yourself, "I don't have a choice," that, my friend, isn't true. Multiple options are available to you. When you find them scary or uncomfortable, making decisions becomes more challenging, and you feel trapped or cornered.
#4 Consequences. Consider the consequences of your actions. They serve as immediate feedback whenever you make a wrong decision and when you take the proper direction or not.
When people say they're afraid to take the first step because it may not be the right one, that's all right. Allow yourself to start ugly. Because when you take that step, the universe immediately tells you if you're in the right place or not.
#1 Connection. It has many kinds:
- Connecting to our universe
- Our world at large
- Connecting to other people and beings and ourselves
We're breathing more fully when we've connected to the internal locus of control that comes forward from ourselves, and we can do what we need to do. We can live our vision. We can live by our ambition in a clear, beautiful, amazing, and empowered way.

How To Create Your Own Lane with Kelsey Nicole Nelson
Tuesday May 31, 2022
Tuesday May 31, 2022
Award-winning professional broadcast journalist and radio personality Kelsey Nicole Nelson is a living testimony that you can create waves in any industry with the power of being yourself. A career in media was not an easy path for a woman of color, and it took Kelsey to get comfortable in her authentic and unique voice to achieve breakthroughs after breakthroughs.
Join me in this episode of Someone Gets Me —How To Create Your Own Lane with Kelsey Nicole Nelson. ▶️
Key point covered in this episode:
✔️Kelsey always had a love for academics and athletics. Though an uncommon combination, she started young, understanding how these can help her build a bright career coming from a family with fewer opportunities. Education, to quote Oprah, was the key to unlocking the world and the passport to freedom.
✔️Why listening to others won't work. She first pursued a Psychology degree by listening to other people because "journalists don't make money." With classes not resonating with her and lacking the spark, she shifted to a journalism major, and later on, a degree in sports industry management allowed her to experience the best of both worlds and had a chance to combine the two.
✔️Let go of excess baggage. You can't control what others think or say about you, but what you can control is what you put out into the world. Kelsey knew early in life that it takes courage to lose the extra baggage of negative opinions of others to be able to move forward.
✔️God gave you that voice; use it — even if you might have to raise it a little to get your point across. Kelsey is a living testimony that you can create waves in any industry with the power of being yourself.
✔️Take those chances and opportunities and bet on yourself!
This life can be a journey of getting hundreds of NOs to land on that eventual YES meant for you. Whether it's a job, partner, project, or business, the right one will always find you. Remember, NO is not a statement of your value. Go out there, let your light shine, be the magnificent person you are, and stand in your authentic authority.
✔️What we do in life echoes in eternity. Kelsey is big on legacy, and she wears many hats as a media mentor and is active in many other nonprofit organizations. She does volunteer work for the Special Olympics, helping athletes with intellectual disabilities and helping young journalists push the message of supporting diversity and inclusion.
A trailblazer in sports media in the DMV, Kelsey Nicole Nelson continues to create her own lane. The award-winning professional broadcast journalist and radio personality have covered some of the top sporting events on a local, state, and national level for broadcast television and radio. Kelsey has covered some of the premier sporting events including the WNBA Finals, NBA Finals, and the Super Bowl interviewing the world’s top athletes.

When Your Self Talk Works Against You
Tuesday May 24, 2022
Tuesday May 24, 2022
It takes guts, faith and courage to examine how we speak to ourselves.
Miracles happen when we have a very aligned message with our self-talk. In this episode, learn how to move in the direction of your vision and pay attention to how you speak to yourself and the negative musings you may not notice.
Join me in this episode of Someone Gets Me —When Your Self Talk Works Against You. ▶️
Key point covered in this episode:
✔️Our thinking is all based on stories. We're filling in the blanks all the time. So whatever our cognitive, intellectual self does not already understand, we fill in the story because we require them in our neural networks to put things in their proper place, in our memory and our thinking.
✔️ Self-talk dictates our lives. Walking around saying the world is a bad place, focusing on everything wrong and dwelling in cynicism and bitterness will also be the reality one will experience. What we say to ourselves is what our brain believes above all other voices.
✔️Allow everyone — even those you don't like — to get a safe trip through your consciousness. Negative, hostile or angry thoughts inside the mind can be controlled when you learn to look at people with the highest understanding of who they are and their essence.
✔️Pay attention to your first thoughts in the morning. We always have something on our minds when we wake up. Notice how your self-talk can do two things:
1) Positive inner dialogue that allows you to fully appreciate who you are as a talented and amazing being
2) Negative inner dialogue that holds you back, limits and separates you from your own beauty.
✔️You have the power to tell a new story. Start making the changes in your inner dialogues. Begin to challenge the lies. And when you say:
"I'm stupid"
"I'm not good enough"
"This will never work"
Recognize your negative self-talk in recurring scenarios and learn to flip the script as it occurs inside your mind. Because the truth is, you're wonderful.
✔️ Claim who you are, and become unstoppable toward goodness, kindness, compassion, and right toward being the change agent and transformational human being you're meant to be.

How to Find your Rhythm with Wally Reyes Jr.
Tuesday May 17, 2022
Tuesday May 17, 2022
World-renowned percussionist Wally Reyes Jr’s love for music stemmed from his early childhood experience with his father buying him a new drum set.
Though time and passion have been a driving force for Wally Reyes Jr’s mastery of his craft, they have also honed his creativity and innovation in the most unexpected times – whether at home or in the studio.
Touring and performing live with the most established bands is a team effort, he fondly retells. He shares never failing to show appreciation for the staff as “without them, we’re just musicians that play, but there’s nothing on stage.”
Sacrifice, the humility to learn, and the heart in doing the best show for the audience are how Wally Reyes Jr. taps his foot to the rhythm of life as a musician, producer, teacher, and father.
Join me in this episode of Someone Gets Me — How to Find your Rhythm with Wally Reyes Jr. ▶️
Key point covered in this episode:
✔️ Intuition is part of creativity. Wally Reyes Jr compares the team effort in performing in a band to a school of fish. It takes a unique type of intuition for fish to swim and look out for each other, just as how experienced musicians learn to react appropriately when things go awry.
✔️Always improve the vehicle that takes you to your creativity. A sudden burst of creativity can come when you’re making your morning coffee or spending time with loved ones. Wally Reyes Jr. recommends heeding that call to practice your craft and keep you in tip-top musical and mental shape.
✔️Ask for help. Fear is the biggest hurdle to improvement. Surround yourself with experts who can further enrich your skills. And don’t be afraid to ask even the silliest questions. What’s the worst that could happen?
✔️Put yourself in a position to receive the blessing. If you’re not prepared and you miss your chance, rewrite your plan. You may be in a place that hinders your growth. Go where the experts and students in your field thrive. This opens you up to endless opportunities. It’s not enough to be talented to stand out either. Learn to collaborate with your peers and mentors, and foster strong relationships.
✔️You deliver what you need to deliver. As a musician playing for big names like Chicago and Santana, Wally Reyes Jr. explains that improvisation should be left in your alone time. Audiences flock to shows to hear the soundtrack of their lives – untouched and unchanged.
✔️Go to your grave with nothing left inside you. Give it your all until your tank is empty. Don’t leave this world filled with regret about the amazing things that you could’ve created. This is the ultimate goal.
✔️Being a master of something takes sacrifice. The greatest, most talented artists spend most of their days in isolation – practicing, creating, and honing their craft. Reaching the highest level of mastery requires a period of focus and work before fame and recognition come.
Few drummers playing today can successfully combine the rich history of Latin, Afro-Cuban, and World Percussion with the drum set. For Walfredo Reyes, Jr., fusing the two disciplines has been his driving passion. In fact, by blazing this path, Reyes has challenged the technical levels of our instrument. Born in Cuba, raised in Puerto Rico, and culminating his musical style in the U.S., Wally (Walfredo Jr.) learned the traditions from the master, his father Walfredo Sr. He married those principles with his love of the drum set, coming up with his own truly global rhythmic style. Simply put, Wally is able to sound like a drummer and a percussionist at the same time. Add blistering chops and a penchant for playing unusual patterns to the mix, and you have only a small idea of what this man can do.
Not surprisingly, this “one-man percussion show” has gathered an impressive list of gigs over the years, including touring and/or recording with: Carlos Santana, Traffic, Steve Winwood, Jackson Browne, Celia Cruz, Gloria Estefan, David Lindley, Ricki Lee Jones, Richard Marx, Sergio Mendes, Smokey Robinson, Robbie Robertson, Joe Sample, Boz Scaggs, Christina Aguilera, Ricky Martin, Johnny Hallyday, Khaled, Lindsey Buckingham, Chicago, and many others.
Because of his versatility, Walfredo is one of the most in-demand musicians in the world today. He continues to expand his talents to recording, producing, composing, education, live performance, and touring.”
Bio written by Rick Van Horn.
Walfredo is currently touring with the world-renowned Classic Rock band, Chicago, playing drumset.

Be The Person Who Breaks The Cycle
Tuesday May 10, 2022
Tuesday May 10, 2022
My first mentor used to say all the time that "healing work is not for wimps." Having done a lot of processing and work with myself, it's so true that deciding to make a change is not for the faint of heart. It's the strong people who can make tough decisions to seek help.
Gifted people who are twice-exceptional and those with neurodiversity situations can have it harder. Breaking the pattern can be more difficult because they live life in a 3D surround sound movie theater with all of the bells and whistles loud compared to somebody who's just watching the same show on a black and white TV. In many ways, they need more support, guidance, love and care, and the challenge of belief systems that aren't correct.
Join me in this episode of Someone Gets Me —Be The Person Who Breaks The Cycle. ▶️
Key point covered in this episode:
✔️ To break the cycle takes a lot of courage, guts, faith, and trust.
From a metaphysical viewpoint, the moment we decide to change and break the old cycles of shame or unresolved trauma that do not serve us, the entire universe comes in to assist us. The process is always messy and even painful. Doing a lot of work on oneself is never an easy task. But in the end, it's always worth it. Always.
✔️There is a way to break the cycle. There are almost 75 different modalities, experiences and things to help you by freeing the trapped energy from the generations past and a wide variety to break the patterns that do not serve you.
✔️Release being judgmental of others and yourself. Judgment means assigning a value according to what we believe is valuable. I'm too old to do this. I'm too young to do that. I'm not tall enough. I'm not smart or pretty enough. These are all judgment statements. Until we begin to disengage from judging or rejecting to move into understanding and compassion, will we be able to accept others and ourselves.
✔️ Making the decision to break the cycle is the first step. To decide means cutting out all other possibilities as hard as it might feel or as resistant as you might get. Often people say: Help me, help me, help me! But when it comes time to do the work, they push back and even blame those who try to provide help as they deflect, get distracted or don't show up.
✔️ Familiar pain gets more comfortable. That's what happens in domestic violence, for people who stay in toxic corporate cultures and those who stick to relationships where they don't want to be in.
✔️ The whole universe conspires to assist you and brings you to a beautiful solution that's better than you ever imagined. When you are the one who makes the change, and you are the one who breaks the cycle, you also free everyone in the process: your children, your siblings, your ancestors, your parents, everybody wins.

Sheriff Grady Judd Speaks On Visionary Leadership
Tuesday May 03, 2022
Tuesday May 03, 2022
Recognized as a leader in the law enforcement profession, Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd lives by the importance of first valuing the people he serves that makes every community a thriving place of peace and order.
Join me in this episode of Someone Gets Me — Sheriff Grady Judd Speaks On Visionary Leadership. ▶️
Key point covered in this episode:
✔️Notable positive changes in Polk County are attributed to Sheriff Grady Judd's leadership. A visionary and hard worker, he was recently recognized as "Sheriff of the Year" by Major County Sheriffs of America. Sheriff Grady shares he has always wanted to work in law enforcement since he was four years old. "That was my dream, and I grew up and got to do exactly that. How many people can say they wake up every morning before the alarm goes off and come to work all excited to help someone? I get to do that every day."
✔️The toxicity of American politics has created a huge divide in recent years. Sheriff Grady believes that upholding his mission of providing help to all regardless of affiliation, color, or interests is what is most needed now. "I dismiss all of this craziness that we've seen the last few years because that's not the America I know, the America I grew up in. I get up every day, and I choose to see the good in people and respond to people who are struggling. And then we get to provide that help, and that's pretty special to me."
✔️For Sheriff Grady Judd, law enforcement is impossible without appreciation and concern for the people he serves. "You've got to love people first before you can lead them anywhere. And I love the people of Polk County, and I love the people in the Sheriff's Office. Until you care about them as an individual first, nothing else matters. And that's why I believe that I've been ultimately successful because people you love and care for will reciprocate."
Grady Judd began his career at the Polk County Sheriff ’s Office (Florida) in 1972 as a dispatcher. After transferring to the Patrol Division in 1974, he quickly progressed through the ranks – holding every rank from Sergeant to Colonel. Polk County overwhelmingly elected Grady to serve as Sheriff in 2004.
Sheriff Judd has earned higher education degrees through the Masters level – having obtained both Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees from Rollins College. He is a graduate of the FBI National Academy, the Senior Management Institute for Police, the FBI Law Enforcement Executive Development Seminar, and the FBI National Executive Institute. He was a participant of the Jewish Institute for National Security Affairs (JINSA) Law Enforcement Exchange Program (LEEP).
Sheriff Judd has taught as an adjunct professor at both the University of South Florida and Florida Southern College. He is a Polk County School Board Hall of Fame inductee, a past recipient of Polk State College’s prestigious Distinguished Alumni Award, the 2008 Boy Scouts of America Distinguished Citizen Award, Protect Our Children Junny Award, the 2013 Callyo’s Leaders in Online Child Protection Award, as well as the 2013 Church Women United Human Rights Award. He continues to serve the community on several boards and committees, including the Volunteers in Service to the Elderly (VISTE) and Polk Vision. He is a past President of the Florida Sheriffs Association and the immediate past President of the Major County Sheriffs of America, a national organization serving counties with a population of 500,000 or more. In 2020, he was appointed by the President of the United States to the Coordinating Council on Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention committee, for a three-year term.
Grady has been married to Marisa since 1972, and they have two adult sons and 13 grandchildren.

Let’s Talk Loneliness and Boundaries with Dianne A. Allen
Tuesday Apr 26, 2022
Tuesday Apr 26, 2022
We all have our own unique way of living through and dancing with loneliness and the difficulty of setting boundaries.
When I was in high school, I was always around a lot of great people, and I really loved it. But I had this loneliness on the inside because I felt I was different from them, and they couldn't see it. I didn't know what it was. And there was this weird inner disconnect. So I had a lot of loneliness; even though many people were around me, my friendships were wonderful, and things were good. Loneliness can happen physically, but it also happens emotionally.
Join me in this episode of Someone Gets Me — Let's Talk Loneliness and Boundaries with Dianne A. Allen. ▶️
Key point covered in this episode:
✔️You can be alone but not lonely. Many of my clients tell me they would do anything to be loved. They have such a strong fear of being alone that they stay in not so great relationships. What happens is they keep changing their boundaries to please the other person until respect is lost.
✔️ People with healthy, regulated boundaries establish that yes means yes and no means no. Those who genuinely love you will respect how you choose to operate and be in integrity to get your needs met. Remember, loneliness is much bigger than just being alone, and it has to do with a true sense of connection and belonging.
✔️ Are you the person with the plexiglass boundaries? Look inside and see if the loneliness you feel is due to those invisible barriers you've put up that keeps people at a distance. It may have protected you before but not serving you anymore.
✔️Do not let the trance of electronics alter the fact that human connection is vital. Whether through sharing ideas, exchanging hugs, holding hands or just sitting together and hearing each other's voices — all of those things are so important because the drive for personal human connection is strong. It's in our cells; it's in our DNA. We are mammals, and we are meant to interact energetically with others of the same species.
So if you fool yourself into thinking that everything on screens is giving you the connection you need, you're missing the mark because you're going to create existential loneliness by doing that. We are required deeper in our minds and our innate structure to share the energetic connection with others for health, wellness, prosperity, success, and growth.
✔️ Begin to free yourself from the bondage that keeps this progressive kind of loneliness following you around. Start inside you and connect to your inner vision and purpose. It takes a lot of introspection and awareness to set healthy boundaries and move forward in any challenging situation. The truth is when you come out of your integrity, and separate yourself from your alignment, then you are creating your loneliness. Get clear of what you stand for and become the YOU who fulfills your destiny.

Grammy® Award Winning songwriter Jim Peterik is excited to create more music at 71. Donning his fabulous purple hair, the iconic musician graces the show and gives us a wealth of wise words, laughs and inspiration on why we should trust our instinct and pursue what we love. For Jim, his passion for words and music continues to touch many lives.
Tune in to Someone Gets Me — How To Live Your Dream With Jim Peterik. ▶️
Key points covered in this episode:
✔️So many incredible musicians as guests on the show have long careers and experienced the magic of living that dream. Jim Peterik is one of those people who has found that magic in a career that started back in the 60s, and he's still going strong with amazing, great music, a living legend. He has written a book, still plays the guitar and keyboards, composes music and does lots of things in the creative space.
✔️Jim recalls nearly dismissing what he thought was a prank call on the answering machine in 1981. A guy sounding like Sylvester Stallone left him a message. Jim's wife prodded him to return the call and found out it was certainly not a joke. To this day, "Eye of the Tiger", the theme from the film Rocky III remains an unforgettable song that inspires people of all ages.
✔️ Collaboration is the secret to making wonderful music, according to Jim. The beauty of going into the heart and creating with fellow talented artists has made his life's work fun and rewarding.
✔️To succeed in life, don't be afraid to suck. This is excellent advice from Jim as the musical great. His journey as the founder of rock band Survivor and creating his list of hit songs resulted from a series of trying and failing in his craft and passion. "Don't think every bit of lyrics and melody is going to be good. Sometimes you can suck for the long term before suddenly something rises from the ashes, and you don't suck anymore. It's like trying to find the diamonds, yet people stop themselves because they're not brilliant right away. Brilliant comes to you gradually."
✔️ Legacy and inspiration. Jim continues to receive stacks of fan mail and elaborate packages of Rocky albums to sign. They all have a note of how much his music meant to them, even some from 12 to 14 year-olds. "It's a great experience to hear the effect you can have through music and your lyrics. And I always try to put a little bit of meaning and give a little wisdom with the fun."
Jim Peterik is an American musician, singer and songwriter. He is best known as the founder of the band Survivor, as vocalist and songwriter of "Vehicle" by the Ides of March, and as co-writer of the anthem "Eye of the Tiger", the theme from the 1982 film Rocky III.
Peterik has co-written songs for 38 Special ("Rockin' into the Night", "Hold On Loosely"), Lynyrd Skynyrd, Blackhawk, Cheap Trick, Sammy Hagar ("Heavy Metal"), Cathy Richardson, Dennis DeYoung, Van Zant, Brian Wilson, REO Speedwagon, and The Beach Boys.
He is currently fronting the melodic rock band Pride of Lions, an entire album of women of Rock and Roll called Tigress and smooth-jazz project Jim Peterik's Lifeforce, and has a regular series of yearly concert performances with an all-star cast as World Stage. He is also active as a producer and mentor to young, developing talent.
