More about Shalev Amar:
Shalev Amar is the founder and lead attorney of Amar Law Group. Prior to founding Amar Law Group, Mr. Amar was a Managing Partner for twelve years of a consumer law firm that exclusively handled motor vehicle claims on behalf of consumers. Since 2004 Mr. Amar has successfully litigated and/or settled over 1,400 Lemon Law and breach of warranty claims with motor vehicle and RV manufacturers. Additionally, his predecessor law firms have handled over 2,700 Lemon Law cases.
Although Mr. Amar is an experienced litigator who has repeatedly defeated manufacturers in court when necessary, settlement is often preferable to litigating through trial for both consumers and car or RV companies. To that end, Mr. Amar has developed diplomatic and professional relationships with the representatives of motor vehicle and RV manufacturers over the years. Ultimately these relationships benefit the consumers that Amar Law Group represents, by aiding in the speedy and amicable resolution and settlement of their legal claims out of court, generally within only 2 to 3 months.
Mr. Amar has an outstanding academic background having graduated Cum Laude from both the University of Arizona (where he majored in Political Science) and the Arizona State University Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law. Mr. Amar was the Philanthropy Chair of Phi Alpha Delta Pre-Law Fraternity and Sigma Alpha Epsilon Social Fraternity while he attended the University of Arizona. In Law School, Mr. Amar participated in Junior Law, a program where middle school students are taught debate.
Mr. Amar is licensed in Arizona (State and Federal Bars), The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, United States District- Northern District of Indiana, United States District Court- Eastern District of Wisconsin. Since 2004 Mr. Amar has litigated in the area of consumer protection focusing on Lemon Law, Consumer Fraud and Breach of Warranty cases. During this time, Mr. Amar arbitrated over fifteen cases through Court Mandated Arbitration, prevailing in twelve, and was counsel in seven jury trials, prevailing in five.
In his personal life Mr. Amar is an avid reader and audio book fan. He is into self-development, meditation, fitness, nutrition, sports, public speaking, and even karaoke (or singing in the shower).

Meet Tamara Benson
Tamara genuinely wants to make the world a better place. She’s passionate about sharing total wellness with everyone, so that as a collective, we can lift ourselves up and through any adversity, be in the moment, and live a fulfilling life.
She maintained her own mortgage company for numerous years, currently holds her real estate license and enjoys fixing & flipping properties. While she always has loved helping people get into their dream homes, her true passion is helping others focus on their inner home.
Tamara continually immerses herself in her own self-growth and self-love through meditation, spirituality, workshops, on-line courses, high-vibe events and retreats and shares what she learns through her innovative hands on approach. Through her programs she helps woman realize it is never too late to regain their life back. By first focusing within, everything else falls into place beautifully.
Her mission is to share with others how to be at their best. Tamara believes the foundation of living a happy confident life comes from being an empowered individual and from keeping up with continuously moving happiness targets. This empowerment helps them be present for their children, their spouses, family, friends and most importantly, themselves!
Meditation and Yoga are a daily part of her existence and you'll often find her running on the beach, or simply just breathing in the beauty of the sunrises and gorgeous sunsets of her Florida backyard. She loves to combine motivational thoughts with her beach photography to create inspirational artwork.
Her future vision is owning her own wellness resort, something you won't want to miss.

In this episode, I interview Julie Skolnick of With Understanding Comes Calm. Julie passionately guides parents of gifted and distractible children, mentors 2e adults, and advises educators and professionals on bringing out the best and raising self-esteem in their students and clients.
Julie serves as Secretary on the Maryland Superintendent’s Gifted and Talented Advisory Council, is the Maryland liaison for Supporting the Emotional Needs of the Gifted (SENG), reviews parenting strand conference proposals, and is a Committee member for the National Association for Gifted Children (NAGC) and serves as an advisor to “The G Word” feature documentary currently in production.
Through “Let’s Talk 2e!”, the digital media division of With Understanding Comes Calm, Julie produces 2 Days of 2e Virtual Conference.
A frequent speaker and prolific writer, Julie is also the mother of three twice exceptional children who keep her on her toes and uproariously laughing.

The Someone Gets Me podcast is a place for talented and sensitive people who are searching to be understood in life and business. In this episode, I interview Sylviane G. James. We talk about her life and her commitment to bringing people out of pain using the SCOPE Method.
She establishes a unique and multifaceted model where emotional stress, traumas, limited beliefs and lack of self-love are inevitably embodied through the muscular system and consequently human postural and movement patterns as well as internal organs and systems.
The success of her work drove her to take a year off and move to Bali where she is currently writing a book about her integral approach and design a course for health professionals and movement teachers to integrate in their work.
Today she is known as a "modern healer” and helps people with chronic physical and mental stress get back to living not just a healthy life but an empowered life through a deeper connection with the innate wisdom of their body.
